Welcome to the hub for international students. Below you will find information to help with your transition to university life and living in Toronto.
As an international student at Trinity College and the University of Toronto, you will encounter many new experiences and challenges. Together, the Office of the Dean of Students, the Office of the Registrar and the Centre for International Experience (CIE) provide a series of events and sessions, both educational and social, to assist Trinity’s international students with their transition to university and life in Toronto. The CIE website also includes useful information about orientation, studying, working and living in Canada.
The CIE offers events, information, and advising to help international students adjust to Canada, build their new community, and navigate resources across and outside U of T. Check out their programs, connect with an upper-year International Student Experience Ambassador, or meet with an International Immigration Advisor for help sorting through processes and paperwork related to Canadian immigration requirements.
If you’re not sure where to start, email cie.information@utoronto.ca with your question and they will connect you with a team member to talk to!
