The Chapel hosts liturgies and special services throughout the year.

Accessibility: Take the path located on the east side of the Trinity College Chapel to enter the building. Note: there is no powered door – please make arrangements with the College should you need to access the Chapel this way.

The John W. Graham Library serves Trinity College’s undergraduate Arts & Science students, the graduate theology students and faculty of Trinity College and Wycliffe College, Trinity and Wycliffe alumni. The library is part of the University of Toronto library system and open to the greater University of Toronto and Anglican Church communities. The library is located adjacent to the main Trinity College building and the Gerald Larkin Building.

Accessibility: Use one of two accessible entrances to the library:

• East entrance (the driveway side, between the library and the main Trinity College building): When entering the library from the east side, there is a ramp from the north and two power-assisted doors with push-plates to enter the building. When leaving from the east entrance, only the exterior door has a push-plate; the interior door has a motion sensor. If you need assistance opening the interior door to the East exit, please notify the Circulation Desk.
• West side (Bosanquet garden side doors): There is a power-assisted door with a push-plate to enter the library and three steps up to the main level of the library. There is an elevator available from this level to the main floor, but it does not stop on this level during regular service (when access to the elevator is required, press the call button next to the elevator to notify the Circulation Desk). If you wish to exit via the west door, please notify the Circulation Desk.

The library has one elevator that services the basement, ground, second and third floors.

The Gerald Larkin Building is Trinity College’s main academic building, housing offices for the Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Divinity, Margaret MacMillan Trinity One, Ethics, Society & Law, Development & Alumni Affairs, and Communications & Public Affairs, as well as faculty offices, classrooms and the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History. The ground floor features The Buttery, with student lounge, and the George Ignatieff Theatre (GIT), which is used for classes and lectures (re-opens fall 2026).

Accessibility:

• From Devonshire Place: use the ramp in front of the Lawson Centre for Sustainability (25 Devonshire Place) to access the Larkin Building and the GIT. Accessible entrance (power doors) are on the south-east corner of the Larkin building, and along Devonshire Place for the GIT lobby. For elevator access: once in the main south-east entrance, continue north down the hallway. The elevator (to lower level and the 2nd and 3rd floors) is on the left.
  • Please note that the theatre’s wheelchair accessibility is limited to audience members (four wheelchair spaces located at the back of the theatre auditorium).
• From Trinity College (at 6 Hoskin Avenue): from the building’s main accessible entrance (west side of building), travel north along the laneway and up the ramp to the south-east corner of the Gerald Larkin Building to the powered doors. To get to the GIT, continue along the colonade and turn (right) north along the building to the accessible entrance (power doors) along Devonshire.

St. Hilda’s College houses student residents, a wellness space (Abbott Room), a small library (study space) and several rooms for student and group study and meetings.

Accessibility: Physical accessibility at St. Hilda’s College is limited. If you require assistance, please contact the Trinity College Welcome Desk in advance of your visit or the staff person whom you are visiting for information on building accessibility.

Opening fall 2026, the Lawson Centre for Sustainability is a mixed-use, fully accessible building that integrates student residence, and a Welcome Desk, seminar rooms and lecture hall, academic offices, Trinity Cafe (food services), event spaces (including the Pavilion and terrace) and landscape infrastructure within a single living-learning environment. As a living laboratory, the building supports interdisciplinary teaching and research through the Kitchen Lab and George and Martha Butterfield Rooftop Farm. The Lawson Centre also serves as the home-base for the Trinity College Integrated Sustainability Initiative and the University of Toronto’s Lawson Climate Institute.
